Charlie Bear - Frosty

Frosty is a festive, 10” warm brown plush bear who wants to be a snowman for Christmas. His removable costume is a white plush romper decorated with three small black satin "coal buttons" down the front of it. He wears a long red velour scarf and a black hat adorned with a plush carrot! Frosty has brown claw stitching on his forepaws; his hind paws are flat so he can stand unaided.
